Extra Virgin OLIVE OIL: 

Each of our Extra Virgin Olive Oils is certified as the highest quality standard for EVOO in the world. Each oil undergoes a rigorous chemical analysis by the top olive oil laboratory in the world and a stringent sensory analysis by an independent third party tasting panel to ensure authenticity and traceability from tree to table. To guarantee freshness, we bring in newly produced oils twice a year (depending on which hemisphere is harvesting at the time), and we never sell an oil that is over 14 months old.

  • Nocellara del Belice: Made in Sicily and this oil is everything a mild all purpose oil should be. It’s sweet, floral aroma gives way to a slightly spicy taste that is packed with green apple, green grass, mint and black pepper. Fresh and lively, this one is sure to please for months to come.  Our Nocellara from Sicily is packed with olive flavor. Herbaceous and fruity  with green flavors of fresh-cut-grass and mint . Cinnamon and black pepper finish, silky mouth feel. This will be your favorite day to day all purpose oil. Available in 250ml or 500ml sizes.
  • Herbs de Provence: Savory, thyme and bay leaf capture the essence of the  hillsides of Southern France in this luscious olive oil. Available in 250ml. Great for roasting chicken or poultry, create savory aioli, perfect for bread dipping, drizzle over roasted vegetables and grilled fish. Top Pairings: Rosé Balsamic, Traditional Dark Balsamic Available in 250ml.
  • White Truffle Infused Olive Oil: Crafted in Italy this olive oil has intense flavor and the aroma of White Truffles. Produced with no chemicals or additives. Drizzle over creamy soups, fries, pasta, risotto, fried eggs, or burgers. No matter the dish this oil takes it to the next level. Available in 250ml.

BALSAMIC:

Each of our products is produced in Modena, Italy in the traditional Italian style with an aging process for the vinegars that in wood barrels that takes a minimum of 12 years. No sugar, no thickening agents and no caramel color is ever added to our Dark Balsamic.

  • Traditional Style: Balsamic Vinegar of Modena: Our finest grade of Balsamic is aged for up to 18 years in chestnut, oak, mulberry, cherry and ash barrels. It is exceedingly rich, complex and dense, making it markedly adaptable. Uses: The applications are endless for this vinegar. Excellent for salad dressings, marinades, glazes, pan sauces, soups, pickling, grilling, over ice cream, cheese and fresh fruit. Top Pairings:  Our Traditional Dark Balsamic pairs with any of our Extra Virgin or Flavored oils. Available in 250ml or 500ml.
  • Aged Rosé Balsamic : Made from the Pinot Nero grape variety, our Rosé Balsamic highlights just about everything you enjoy about rosé wine. It's bright acidity and soft, subtle aromas of strawberry, watermelon and raspberry balance notes of minerals and slate.Uses: The applications are endless for this vinegar. Excellent for salad dressings, marinades, glazes, pan sauces, soups, pickling, grilling or reduced to top cheese plates and fresh fruit. Top Pairings Our Rosé Balsamic pairs with any of our Extra Virgin or Flavored oils.  Available in 250ml. 
  • Cranberry Pear White Balsamic: Clean crisp sweetened tart, this balsamic features rose blush and a fruity mix. Enjoy on top of a salad, with marinated, pickling, or grilling. Available in 250ml.

About The Secret Ingredient Girls:

Our exclusive line of vinegars and olive oils are made in collaboration with The Secret Ingredient Girls -- Chef Silvia Baldini and Alina Lawrence created The Secret Ingredient Girls to share their passions for food, cooking and wellness,with others. Silvia, originally from Turin, Italy, became the first professional female Chef in Connecticut to win Chopped, an award winning show on Food Network. Alina is one of just a few women olive oil experts in the United States. She received her training and certification in sensory analysis from The National Organization of Olive Oil Tasters in Imperia, Italy. Her talent and passion, combined with years of training, have helped her become a highly sought after olive oil consultant.
