Tonet by Carella is designed and produced in Italy, which means that all the stages of work are done in Italy. Carella is a typical Italian family company. It is located in the Veneto area, one hour from Venice. The company was born more than thirty years ago from an artisanal firm where the wife, a knitter, and her husband made small quantities of knitwear and went to sell it in small towns throughout Treviso. Operation Smile is an international children's medical charity providing free surgeries for children with facial deformity around the world. Since 2011, my family has raised more than $2 million to support their efforts and in 2013, I traveled to Panama with my husband and eldest son, Zack to witness their miracles first hand.
The Smile Greenwich line is our way of giving back to Greenwich after all the support we have received from the community.
