Returns & Exchanges
We hope you enjoy your purchase, but if you are dissatisfied for any reason we are happy to accept returns.
For both in-store and online returns, you are responsible for returning the merchandise in the original condition, with tags, along with your receipt/packing slip.
We will, issue a full refund if you have your original receipt and it is within 14 since purchase date. Returns are accepted only within 14 days of the customer receiving the product or if postmarked within 14 days for online orders.
If you do not have a receipt you will be able to receive store credit. We do not accept Food/ Perishables, sale items, holiday merchandise, or beauty products for return or exchange.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
All sale items are final sale and not subject for return/ refund. Please contact us at email@example.com with any questions or exchanges.
All oversea shipments are subject to specific country customs, duties, and taxes which The Perfect Provenance is not responsible for.
We hope your items arrive safely but if for any reason there is damage please send us photos of the damage so we can submit a claim and replace or refund your purchase. Thank you for shopping with us.
