Returns & Exchanges
We hope you enjoy your purchase, but if you are dissatisfied for any reason we are happy to accept returns. For both in-store and online returns, you are responsible for returning the merchandise in the original condition, with tags, along with your receipt/packing slip. We will, issue a full refund if you have your original receipt and it is within 14 since purchase date. If you do not have a receipt you will be able to receive store credit. We do not accept Food/ Perishables, sale items, holiday merchandise, or beauty products for return or exchange. All oversea shipments are subject to specific country customs, duties, and taxes which The Perfect Provenance is not responsible for. Online clients can return items if they are postmarked witihin the 14 day period, however, all sale items are final sale. We hope your items arrive safely but if for any reason there is damage please send us photos of the damage so we can submit and claim and replace or refund your purchase.
If you are a member of our Curator's Club, we offer a 5% discount year round in our store. The Curator's Club discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other sale discount or promotional offer.
Gift cards must be presented at the time of service. The Perfect Provenance is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged cards or unauthorized use. This gift card is nontransferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges and original shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns are accepted only within 14 days of the customer receiving the product and returned to the store or if postmarked within 14 days for online orders.
